Shipping Timeframes

We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Most orders ship same-day if received before 1:00 PM Central Time. Please note the following:

  • Orders received after 1:00 PM CT will typically ship the next business day
  • Manufacturer-direct orders may experience additional processing time
  • Delivery timeframes exclude weekends and holidays
  • "Out of Area" addresses may require an additional day for delivery

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual carrier rates and are approximated at checkout. Some items qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • Shipping fees are based on package weight, size, and destination
  • Some items qualify for free shipping promotions
  • Returns of free-shipped items will be charged standard shipping rates

Delivery Methods

We ship items using the most reliable method based on size, weight, and destination. Our shipping partners include:

  • Standard shipping: UPS, FedEx, or USPS
  • Large items: Motor freight for oversized products
  • Restrictions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, or FPO addresses
  • Hazardous materials: Aerosols and certain products cannot ship by air

Order Tracking

You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Most orders shipped via UPS will receive automatic tracking updates.

  • Tracking numbers are typically sent within 24 hours of shipment
  • Manufacturer-shipped items may have delayed tracking availability
  • Contact customer service if you haven't received tracking within 48 hours

Address Corrections

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If UPS or FedEx corrects your shipping address during delivery, you will be charged the address correction fee from the carrier.
