Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the invoice date
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original parts and packaging
  • Type: Non-special order items only (custom or special-ordered items are non-returnable)

Restocking Fees

Most items can be returned at no additional cost. However, certain product categories may be subject to restocking fees:

  • Standard returns: Free return processing for most items
  • Specialty items: 10%-25% restocking fee may apply to automatic feeders, waterers, dryers, and similar products
  • Refused/missed deliveries: 10%-25% restocking fee plus round-trip shipping charges

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll process it according to your preference (exchange or refund).

  • Items will be exchanged or refunded per your preference
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10-21 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund
  • Items that received free shipping will be charged standard shipping rates upon return

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately:

  • Call customer service within 24 hours (1 business day) of receipt
  • Preserve all packaging materials and take photos of any damage
  • Defective items will be replaced with an identical item or handled directly by the manufacturer
  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for damage occurring during return transit—please pack items securely
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) returns are not accepted
  • Product warranties do not cover damage caused by pets or improper use
  • Special order and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged
